Return Request - Costco Roadshow

Costco members who bought Transformer Table items at a Costco Roadshow have two choices for returning their products and receiving a refund. The options are as follows:

• Return the items directly to a Costco location for a refund.

  • Please note that if you are returning an item more than 30 days after purchase, you will need to bring the items to a Costco location along with your receipt. A Costco team member will be able to assist you with a full refund.

• If the order was received within the last 30 days, we will check internally with the team if we can arrange for the items to be picked up. After the items are collected, we will work with Costco to initiate the refund. Subsequently, the member can visit any Costco location, provide the order number, and receive the refund.

Partial Returns

Costco is unable to facilitate partial returns, as purchases consist of the entire bundle.

Floor Model Bundles

For Floor Model bundles, members are responsible for returning the items themselves to Costco.
