Cancellation Request

If you would like to cancel your order, please provide the reason for the cancellation when contacting us. This helps us process your request efficiently.

Orders Not Yet Delivered

If your order has not yet been delivered, it may be possible to cancel it. The process is as follows:

1. Halt the Shipment:
   We will work with the shipping department to stop the order from being shipped.

2. Initiate Refund Request:
   Upon confirmation of the order cancellation, we will submit a refund request with Costco and provide you with updates on its progress.

3. Collect Your Refund:
   Once Costco confirms the refund, you can visit any Costco location, provide your order number, and collect the refund.
