Order Processing Times
After you place your order at a Costco Roadshow, the processing time depends on the collection you purchased:
Square and Outdoor Collections: 3–5 weeks
Round Collections: 4–6 weeks
Once processing is complete, your order will be handed over to the carrier for delivery.
Changing Delivery Address
Regrettably, we are unable to modify the delivery address for orders placed at Costco warehouses during a Roadshow, as doing so may have tax implications.
The only circumstance where an address change may be possible is if the new address is within the same state where the warehouse processed the original order.
Shipping Carrier
All shipments are handled by Metropolitan.
Delivery details:
Once your order ships, Metropolitan will provide tracking information via email.
Threshold delivery: Items will be delivered and placed in a dry, secure area at your residence, such as your garage, porch, or front door. Items will not be unpacked or assembled.
Deliveries are limited to addresses within the same state as the purchase.
Delivery Timeline
Once shipped, your order typically arrives within:
6–10 business days, depending on your location.
When your order reaches the final terminal, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
Shipping Method for Floor Model Bundles
Floor Model bundles are delivered by Bunjii, which also provides threshold service delivery. The carrier will reach out to you directly to schedule a delivery window.
Pickup Option: You may also choose to personally pick up your Floor Model bundle, either on Sunday evening or Monday, ensuring it is collected directly.
Delivery Timing: Floor models will be collected by Bunjii on Mondays and delivered on the same day. It is essential that you are available to receive the delivery on that day.
Scheduling Restrictions: Orders for Floor Models cannot be scheduled for a date later than Monday, which is the day the event concludes.
Postponing Delivery
Unfortunately, delivery postponements are not possible.
Once your order enters our system, it immediately moves to processing and cannot be scheduled for a later date.
After the order is shipped, the carrier cannot hold the items for delayed delivery.
Expediting or Delaying an Order
Orders cannot be expedited or delayed. Once the order is logged into our system, the shipping department will proceed with processing the order.
