Exchanging Color - Costco Roadshow

Color changes for Costco Roadshow orders depend on where your order is in the shipping process.

 

Before Your Order Ships

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a color change.

• The new color must be part of a bundle that is the same price as your original purchase.

• Our shipping department will review and confirm whether the update can be applied.

After Your Order Has Shipped or Is In Transit

If your order is already shipped or in transit, color changes may still be possible.

• These requests are handled by our transport team, who will verify whether the change can be accommodated.

• Approval depends on availability and whether the new color option is the same price as your original bundle.

After Delivery

Once your order has been delivered, color exchanges are not available.
